Custom programming of any kind, databases, system and software development and engineering are my specialty. If you wasted time with cheap coders, its time for you to try an expert. If you consider a fact that I DO complete the job and for a fair price, I'm actually cheaper than both "cheap" and "expensive" coders who does not. If you hired someone and he did not complete the job, he's expensive no matter how low the price was you agreed on because you've wested time and time is money and now you're looking to hire someone else wasting even more time. My hourly rate ranges from $5 to $20 depending on the complexity of work. Now, I was rejected many times and someone cheaper was hired and after a while, sometimes after many months, I was hired by the same people and companies who rejected me in the first place. Many of them came clean and confessed that they wasted time and nothing was done, they are the ones I'm still working for from time to time. The problem here is that people always believe that coders, programmers and engineers are all the same. I'm not fully sure why this is happening, but I can assure you that people are not the same, they have different skills, abilities, intelligence and experience. All of those are important in complex programming and engineering projects even the very basic ones. When you've wasted enough of the time and possibly money, you know where to find me, I still haven't failed any project and will work until its perfect. I prefer doing larger projects, because those projects allow me to come up with smart solutions and you could leave deadline open if you truly want the best solution, since with time I could get better solution ideas. However, I'm able to come up with the good solution fast. I do everything listed on the home page, but I'm the best at what I do the most and that's PHP, CakePHP, Zend MVC framework, C++, wxWidgets, action script (AS2, AS3), MySQL, SQLite, SDL, OpenGL, animations, graphics and music.

• Do NOT contact me if you're from the Republic of Serbia. I only had bad experience working with/for "companies" and individuals from Serbia. Even just talking to Serbian "companies" and individuals was a waste of time for me. So, if you're one of them, just give up, there will be no reply!
• I need to receive payment before work starts. If its a small project (up to 100 USD) full payment, if its a big one 50% before we start, the rest of the money when full demo is finished. This is a must if I have to conduct work on your development server. If I can show you demo and develop on our server then we can come to some other agreement. Its possible for you to hire me by the hour or to establish project milestones so that you could release or make a payment after each milestone. Again, this hour and milestone can only work if I'm providing demo on my server.
• When you contact me for the first time, just highlight the important stuff like features, something that you think is important and your budget, if its limited and you're not prepared to go over it.
• People who worked with me know I'm worth every dollar. Some of them wasted a lot of time and money on others which made them realize that neither cheap nor expensive means good and that, in most cases, conducting business with companies without any valid reviews or feedback from previous customers, means disaster. I don't mind if you reject my offer and try with someone cheaper, in fact, that will make you appreciate my work even more and stick with me through all your future projects. Soon after hiring me you will realize that my skills go beyond anything you've encountered so far, especially if you were burned before. I work for people that were burned by companies with catchy sites that are advertised all over the Internet. I'm not advertising my site or myself yet I make good money which proves I'm worth. However, I'm very busy since all the people who realized this just keep hiring me. Still, some of these relationships will come to an end, they always do, I'm in this line of work for almost 9 years, freelancing, and I only have one long-term business relationship that now lasts for almost 8 years. Well its partially a friendship too, I like cool people, we've became very comfortable with each other, so the whole work part is pure fun.
• If I do get back to you, you would need to provide full detailed specification of your project and this means everything from top to bottom, your comments on every feature, every functionality, visible or hidden from the end user, everything that was in your head when you got an idea on how it should be. Only this way I'll be able to do exactly what you want.
