I don't think there's better way to do this. If you want the best you gotta wait :) But there is one limitation though. As I need money and the most money I make is by doing work related to custom programming and development, be it PHP, Action Script, AJAX, Zend MVC framework, CakePHP or similar, if you requested design work (CSS and similar) or some small design changes, I'm sorry, you'll need to find someone else or wait who knows how many months before I become available for such work. As an alternative you can always post your project here.
